Determining the right channel for your organisation goes beyond copying and pasting the content across Meta and X. Influencers already drive social — so why not front your talent attraction campaign with one? Appreciated for their authenticity, your message allied to their style can connect with previously untapped talent. So far, we’ve found influencers useful in early careers talent. Shoshanna Davis (@fairyjobmother) and Kieran Mcrae (@sturdythoughtss) boosted Civil Service Fast Stream awareness. Two micro influencers kicked off our campaign for Knight Frank. We’ll research ones that suit your image, factoring in engagement and click‑through‑rate, then handle contracts and content creation. We’re keen to build on our success and unlock what’s possible.
