FILM
We’re all glued to our screens, and your potential candidates are no different. Film is a brilliant way to spark their interest and keep it alive. We’ve created day‑in‑the‑life films with civil servants and talking heads with prison governors to show what working life is really like. And if there’s an assessment or training ahead, we can break down what to expect in a way so engaging no one’s scratching their heads on the day. For Nando’s, we even made fire safety fun with AI‑animated South African artwork and a witty script — shaving 22 seconds off evacuation time. And we’re bums on seats and fingers on keyboards, ready for what’s next.

By working closely with copywriters and art directors, your solution will look, feel and sound like your organisation. Our process is collaborative – you’ll feedback on site architecture, wireframe and design. Then we’ll test comprehensively, resolve issues, and prepare the cookies.
