Whether you’re after a full transformation or an impactful tweak, as assessment psychologists, our process is scientific. Once we’ve clarified the big considerations (for example diversity, retention or quality of hire), we’ll complete a diagnostic and make recommendations. This fits directly into the early part of our ‘hi to thrive’ offer, where we partner with our RPO colleagues to ensue candidates have a seamless experience from application to hire, and our clients can identify the right talent for them. We created and updated Wates Construction’s apprentice and graduate assessments; helped Openreach identify internal candidates for a leadership programme; and elevated the assessment process at Heathrow Airport.
