Back
Welcome to the latest episode of TMPWeekly Vlog! In Episode 18, we take you behind the scenes of a creative journey that combines breathtaking landscapes, collaborative teamwork, and our commitment to delivering outstanding creative campaigns.
The Scenic Route to Creativity
It’s no surprise that getting good work over the line takes time. Combine that with a cross-department approach to delivering Recruitment Assessment Solutions for our brilliant clients, and you have yourself a whirlwind of deadlines, reviews, approvals, and testing.
But it’s days like this that make the whole process so worthwhile. This week, George kicked off his return to work in 2025 with a chilly trip to Scotland, alongside the indefatigable Hazel Brewer and the infinitely meticulous Dawn Nelson.
Together, the team showcased a truly collaborative effort between Creative Teams and Assessment Psychology, a real testament to the breadth of our offerings. Huge shoutout to Emma Tuson for keeping everything on track—no small feat!
A Peek at the Final Stages
As we approach the final stage of pilot testing, excitement is building. We’re eager to share what’s been happening behind the scenes before this project goes live next month. This episode showcases the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and dedication. Scotland’s rugged beauty made the perfect backdrop for this exciting time.
Stay Tuned for More
We’ll share more details in a full case study later this year. Until then, enjoy this exclusive behind-the-scenes peek and see Scotland through our eyes.
